Don't use hair grease. Hair grease doesn't dry and will cause your extensions to matte and beard. I recommend using argon oil to moisturize your extensions and to prevent damage when using styling irons. I know it's a pain but yes, you still need to tie your hair up night, Sleep in a silk or sating scarf and always use a high quality wig brush. How to care for a synthetic wig
While synthetic wigs require less maintenance than their Brazilian Hair Bundles counterparts, they still need some care in order to last as long as possible. Even though synthetic Hair Bundles look perfect as soon as you take them out of the box, it will take some effort on your part to make them stay this way.
ALWAYS SHAKE IT OUT
When you first take the Brazilian Hair out of the box, shake it out. Don’t brush it. Allow it to hang for a while before wearing. Each time you take the unit off your head, shake it out and let it hang until you need it again. Don’t fold it into the box.
The wig will last longer if you have a mannequin head to keep it on. If you don’t, you can use hooks and hangars with pins or invest in a special wig stand. As long as the hair is hanging, it will keep its good looks.
WASH IT PROPERLY
Synthetic wigs need to be washed every ten to twelve uses. Before running it under water, untangle it carefully with your fingers. Always wash your synthetic wig in cold water.
